We are a husband and wife team based in Solihull, West Midlands. For over 30 years we have both worked in the construction industry not just in the UK but in Europe and Africa. This has given us experience in all types of construction/building work and on both large and small projects. We are now focused on Party Wall Surveying and helping our clients negotiate this little known law, that is the Party Wall etc act 1996 and all that it entails.

PROFILE

My name is Chris and I am the Principle Surveyor at CRS Party Wall Surveyors. I have recently had a refresher course in Professional Development in Party Wall Surveying by the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

My experience of over 30 years in the construction/building industry helps me to communicate effectively with all involved, including fellow professionals, enabling your project to run smoothly.

My wife Ruth runs the Admin side of the business, ensuring that I can focus on giving my attention to our clients. Her years of experience in Construction office work and her attention to detail makes her ideal for caring for this side of the business.

Together we make a great team, who will provide a professional and personal service.
